- Amy McDonald is Chair of the Committee.
- City lake Park is reserved.
- Music is covered: Rodeo City Music Hall
- Newspaper, contact
- KEOM, Brandee, Amy, Evelyn
- DeBusk Park
- Albertsons - to donate 300 Drinks
- the Pizza contact is good
- Still need a count on T-shirts
- We should get Little Debbie snacks again
- Brandee and Jami will need to do a Wal-mart Sam's club run for gloves
and Hand sanitizer
- Litter Grabbers and vests have been ordered
- Eastfield should be able to provide water again
- Are we to use tent? - Let's see how the weather turns out.
- We will ask Albertsons how will the drinks be delivered.
- We won't need to meet again before Trash Bash, we can handle everything
thru e-mail till then.
- Idea: discuss having kids design a concept for the next Trash Bash
T-Shirt. Contest.
